Gracie Barra New Hampshire requires its MMA fighters to develop a high level of efficiency in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and Conditioning. Our MMA classes are actually strategy based and are designed to help our fighters transition and combine their techniques. Students do not have to fight to enjoy and benefit from the MMA Program.
Our fighters and students enjoy the full cage, weight equipment, cardio equipment, training gear and abundant mat space.
The GBNH MMA team is made up of more than 15 amateur and professional fighters. Our MMA team is lead by the Northeast’s # 1 ranked welterweight Dennis Olson.
